Partnership Options:
Prime Partner (Rate: $
10,000)
Prime Partner has the opportunity to nominate one of his
executive representatives to act as chairman for the
conference,
Prime Partner may deliver one or more presentations, the
subject and timing of which is agreed in advance with
the conference organizing committee,
Prime Partner will take all the necessary arrangements
for his speakers and gusts, however, the Academy will be
able in some cases to provide a full lodging to the
speakers,
Prime Partner is entitled to 6 complimentary guests to
attend the conference
Prime Partner’s logo will appear on all the promotional
literature and adds at a well recognized location,
Prime Partner’s logo appearing on the master page of the
event Website in a well recognized size and area with a
hyperlink to the sponsor site,
Opportunity to distribute company’s corporate brochure
or any relevant material at the conference and in the
provided brief case,
A sign with the Prime Partner company’s name and
conference title will be displayed throughout the
conference in a suitable location.

Key Partner (Rate: $
7,000)
Key Partner has the opportunity to nominate one of his
executive representatives to act as chairman for one day
of the conference.
Key Partner may deliver one presentation, the subject
and timing of which is agreed in advance with the
conference organizing committee.
Key Partner will take all the necessary arrangements for
his speakers and gusts, however, the Academy will be
able in some cases to provide a full lodging.
Key Partner is entitled 4 complimentary guests at the
conference.
Key Partner company’s logo will appear on all the
promotional literature and adds.
Key Partner logo appearing on the Website of on the
event, with a hyperlink to his site.
A sign with the name and conference title will be
displayed throughout the conference.

Business Partner (Rate: $
5,000)
Business Partner may deliver one presentation, the
subject and timing of which is agreed in advance with
the conference organizing committee.
Business Partner will take all the necessary
arrangements for his speakers and gusts. However, the
Academy will be able in some cases to provide a full
lodging.
Business Partner is entitled 2 complimentary guests at
the conference.
Business Partner company’s logo will appear on some of
the promotional literature and adds.
Business Partner logo will be appearing on some of the
pages of the event Website.

Luncheon Sponsor (Rate: $
9,000)
Luncheon Sponsor has the opportunity to deliver one
presentation during the conference, the subject and
timing of which is agreed in advance with the conference
organizing committee.
A sign with your firm name and conference title will be
prominently displayed in the lunch area
Sponsoring company’s logo will appear on all the
promotional literature
A lunch invitation
Personal guests of up to 6 may attend the conference on
a complimentary basis.

Partnership Fees Covers the following
Brief Case and Gifts: for all the participants carrying
the event logo and marketing material of the Key partner
expected to be at Dhs 200,000
The Conference Web Site: the logos of the
partnering companies will be on the conference web site:
www.hr.etac.ae with a link to your web
site for the yearlong and the following years.
Adds Campaign: in order to increase the market awareness
of the event and also for the applications related to
the interested groups, ads and press releases will be
published in the regional papers and specialized
magazines. It is expected to be at the level of
Dhs 250,000.
Brochure and Printed Documentation: the estimated fees
of the event brochure will be about Dhs 80,000
in addition to the courier fees to be sent to
more than 10,000 addressees.
Lunch and Tea/Coffee Breaks: the Academy as usual will
be offering lunch and Tea/Coffee during the conference
breaks; it will be at approximate the cost of
Dhs 90,000.
