Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation deadline is March 1, 2006 . Refunds will not be granted if cancellation is not received by the specified deadline. Substitutions are permitted at no extra charge. All cancellations and substitutions must be submitted to Etisalat Academy in writing via fax prior to the start of the event.
